Joanna qualified with a BSc Hons degree in Applied Biological Sciences, and brings a wealth of experience from across healthcare, clinical research, and patient‑facing administrative roles. She’s worked in busy NHS departments, ophthalmology services, and large clinical trial organisations, developing strong organisational skills, a friendly communication style, and a genuine commitment to supporting both colleagues and service users. With a background that spans patient coordination, data quality, quality assurance, team leadership, frontline administration, research and pharmaceuticals sales, Joanna thrives in environments where teamwork, compassion and communication make a real difference. She enjoys being part of a supportive team and is always ready to learn, adapt, and contribute wherever she’s needed. She loves a challenge!
