LinksEd is the learning and development arm of Links Therapy Company
It has grown naturally from our work alongside schools, families, care providers and other organisations and from our belief that sharing knowledge, making connections and learning together can make a real difference.
We bring together therapeutic knowledge, practical experience and an understanding of the realities of education, care and community settings to create learning that is relevant, accessible and meaningful.
Our aim isn’t just to share information. We want people to leave with greater understanding, increased confidence and practical ideas they can use in their everyday work.
Connecting people, knowledge and practice
We believe good learning happens through connection – connecting people and ideas, bringing together different perspectives and connecting knowledge with what happens in everyday practice.
That’s why our training encourages understanding, reflection and practical application, rather than only providing a list of strategies to follow.

More than a training day
We know meaningful change rarely happens simply because somebody attended a training session.
Where appropriate, LinksEd can help learning continue through follow-up sessions, resources, reflective discussions, communities of practice and implementation support.
This allows people to learn, try things in practice, reflect and keep developing.
