Meet the Team

Lindsey Mitchell

Occupational Therapist

Lindsey’s career as an Occupational Therapist has enabled her to work with both adults and children, with a variety of diagnoses including cerebral palsy, sensory impairment, brain and spinal injuries.

Her area of interest is neurodivergence; in particular how a diagnosis of Autism or ADHD affects a persons individual’s sensory experience of the world around them.

If you could travel back to one specific point in time, when would it be and why?

I’d like to travel to the future because I’m really nosey and would like to see what exciting developments are coming.

What’s your favourite time of year and why?

Autumn because I love the changing colours that the season brings.

What is the best part of your job?

Helping people to find and implement straight forward strategies which make it easier to do the things that are important to them.

What makes you happy?

Family, cake and fresh air
